The problem

Many quote requests arrived with no indication of what was actually needed, and the first call was spent gathering basic information.

We built a guided configurator (available at /preventivo) where visitors pick the project type and features before sending their request.

Requests now arrive with project type and features already specified, so the first call gets straight to the point.
