The problem
ABS Utensili's ERP system and online store worked in isolation: stock and orders had to be updated by hand on both systems, risking selling products online that were actually out of stock.
The technical solution
We built a two-way data exchange between the ERP system and the online store: stock updates in real time on both sides, and every order automatically includes its shipping location.
